2" alpaca wool batting topper in an OCS-certified organic cotton encasement. Lightweight, breathable, and naturally hypoallergenic — free from lanolin, synthetic fills, and flame retardants. Ethically sourced from free-range alpacas in the Peruvian Andes. Available in Queen, King, and Cal King.
The Fill
Alpaca wool adapted to the extreme temperature swings of the Andes contains microscopic air pockets that insulate in winter and breathe in summer, with natural moisture-wicking that keeps you comfortable year-round. Unlike sheep's wool, alpaca contains minimal lanolin — making it a more hypoallergenic choice for sensitive sleepers. Its bacteria-suppressing keratin and non-flammable properties (1st Class designation, US CPSC) make it naturally safe without chemical treatments.
Two inches of alpaca wool batting adds a plush, pressure-relieving layer to any mattress. Sourced directly from small-scale Peruvian suppliers who raise free-range alpacas with care for animal welfare and support for Andean communities. The OCS-certified organic cotton encasement keeps the fill contained and the sleep surface chemical-free.
