    This plan covers Accidental Stains, Damage, and Structural Failures.
  • Once I've purchased a plan, when does my coverage begin?
    Coverage begins the day your product is delivered.
  • What's covered under "Accidental Damage?"
    In terms of Accidental Damage, this plan covers all unintentional stains, rips, tears, burns, punctures, gouges, chips, dents, and water rings.
  • What isn't covered by this plan?
    This plan does not cover any mattresses. It does not cover damages caused by accumulation, neglect, abuse, or failure to comply with the manufacturer's warranty. It also does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as a fire or flooding, or furniture used in commercial settings.
  • How do I submit a claim?
    You can submit a claim to Uniters on their website or app, or give them a call at the phone number listed on your Protection Plan certificate.
  • Will I have to pay a deductible?
    No. This protection plan has no deductible.
  • Can I cancel my plan?
    You can cancel your plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your refund will be prorated. Any previous claims or an administrative fee may be deducted from your refund.
