Cherry Wood Furniture Collection

Solid cherry wood furniture for the bedroom, made in the USA from American black cherry. The collection pairs platform beds with dressers, chests, nightstands, armoires, bookcases, media cabinets and accent tables in coordinated styles, from clean modern lines to classic and softly curved designs. Every piece comes in a natural cherry finish that darkens to a deep reddish patina over the first year.

Dressers, chests and nightstands are built with French sliding dovetail drawers, solid pine drawer boxes and full-extension ball-bearing glides, backed by a lifetime guarantee on the drawer runners. Beds use hardwood slats, and queen and king sizes include center support.

Pieces are made from solid American black cherry, with cherry veneer on select panels where it keeps wide surfaces stable. The wood is harvested from managed North American hardwood forests.

Learn more about the species on our cherry wood materials page, or compare it with beech, oak and bamboo in the Wood Bed Frame Guide. Cherry pieces also appear in our wider solid wood platform beds and storage furniture and tables collections, and Vermont Furniture Designs offers handcrafted pieces in cherry, maple and walnut.
