Pretty good

The delivery guys didn't leave me the Allen Screwdriver that was supposed to come with the hardware for the Futon. Other than that, everything else was cool.

The delivery of the futon frame was faster than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the frame seems to be excellent and we are satisfied with our purchase. Although we encountered a minor issue with a piece that had a crack in the wood, the manufacturer quickly replaced it, which we appreciated. Overall, our experience was very positive.
