Holiday Price Match Guarantee

Shop with confidence this holiday season. Starting December 1, 2025, if you purchase an item from Comfort Pure and the price drops on or before December 31, 2025, you can request a price adjustment.

We will match the price if you buy a qualifying item from Comfort Pure and subsequently find the identical item for less on comfortpure.com or in an official Comfort Pure promotion (such as a banner or email). All requests for price adjustments must be submitted by December 31, 2025.

To request a match, please contact our Customer Care team with proof of the current lower price. We will verify eligibility and adjust your payment if the request qualifies.

Guidelines & Limitations

  • The lower price must be listed and valid at the time the match is requested. If we are unable to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
  • The item must be identical in brand, style, size, finish, fabric, color, and configuration.
  • Please provide a direct link or a clear screenshot showing the lower Comfort Pure price or promotion for verification.
  • Original order confirmations, invoices, or packing slips are required for price adjustments.
  • We only match Comfort Pure’s own prices and promotions; we do not match other retailers or marketplaces.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims and to limit quantities per customer.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for holiday price matching:

  • Prices or promotions from other retailers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.
  • One-time or personalized coupon codes, referral rewards, “spend X, save Y” offers, free gift offers, bundled offers, or discounts applied to a total order.
  • Clearance, closeout, final sale, open-box, damaged, used, refurbished, or returned items.
  • Contract or service items, such as protection plans, extended warranties, assembly, upgraded delivery services, or other service-only products.
  • Pricing resulting from obvious typographical or system errors.
  • Sales tax, shipping charges, surcharges, and other fees.

Comfort Pure may modify or discontinue this Holiday Price Match Guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on this page.
